       Day 1 D
Arrive in Guilin
Transfer to our 3 star hotel, the rest of day is free for your leisure. Tonight will be the start of your introduction to the local cuisine where we will hold introductions and orientation over dinner at a local restaurant.
       Day 2 BLD
After breakfast we start our Painting lessons with our Qualified Lecturer from Guangxi Normal University. After lunch, you have the options of - Sightseeing - Visit Parks that Guilin is famous for, taking time to discover tomorrow's outdoors painting locales - Shopping Dinner is again to sample more of China’s great cuisine.
       Day 3 BLD
In the morning we again head for the Classroom to hone those brush skills with our master lecturer.
After lunch, with our master lecturer in tote we head for the great outdoors using those misty craggy peak that surround Guilin as models.
       Day 4 BLD
Morning: Inspirational boat cruise from Guilin to Yangshou, giving that much needed free time to soak up all that magnificent scenery the Li River has to offer to further develop that master piece. After checking into our hotel the rest of the afternoon will be yours to wander and paint as you wish. As always we will have our master lecturer on hand for any first hand advice and encouragement.
Dinner will be sampling the local cuisine that Yangshou is also famous for, such as “Beer Fish” and “steamed mountain water tofu”, with dinner over you will be free to enjoy the comely charms that this small town has tooffer.
       Day 5 BLD
With an early start, we take our private transport to the even smaller town of Xingping, the town made famous on the back of the new 20 Yen bank note. After a quick lesson in the middle of all this natural splendor, you can wonder through the surrounding craggy peaks or local market (every other 3rd day), or just sit on the banks of the Li River watching the locals but of course we would recommend not to waste this great opportunity to enhance your painting skills. As always our master lecturer will be on hand.
Lunch will be with in a local family restaurant with local produced food.
Staying till after the amazing sunset we head back to our hotel in Yangshou.
Late Dinner with presentation (on completion we will present to you with an “Official Certificate of Attendance” from Guangxi Normal University).
       Day 6 B
Transfer to Guilin for departures (International or local) with beautiful memories and paintings or start on our Minorities LifeStyle Adventure or develop your own "LifeStyle Adventure" with us.
