- records high temps in the north and record rain in the south - ShangHai has had consistant 38C temps in the last 5 days with no end in sight and right here in GuiLin the last 2 weeks had seen only 2 blue skys.

GU ZANG FESTIVAL

15th day of the Lunar New Year - here in China it’s just called “Spring Festival” and tonight is the end of the festivities where traditionally fire crackers are let off and families finish the night eating small round sticky rice balls filled with peanuts or black sesame paste in a light sweet ginger syrup.
