Food is a very important ingredient in the enjoyment of Travel, here I present my collection and sampling of “Local Foods” from around China (and beyond). Local foods that cost a few cents to a couple of dollars.
    Foods that will add that “spice of life” to your travels.

    I’ll be including the Chinese characters and pinyin for easy reference.
